Please read the following before requesting a booking:
  • We are now accepting reservation requests for dates up to the start of September.


  • Login to 25Live
    Western Faculty, Staff, and Students can view real-time availability in Western's General University Spaces on 25Live. Access to request spaces online will be granted to individuals who require it. Note: 25Live is not campatible with Microsoft Edge, please use either Firefox or Chrome.


  • Classes take priority in our academic spaces. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that will interfere with academic activities.


  • After we book your space you will receive a booking confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation for the correct location, date, and time. Please have this confirmation with you during your event.


  • If you need to make a change or cancel a booking please email bookroom@uwo.ca. There is no way for you to cancel or change a reservation on 25Live.


  • Student groups are limited to a maximum of 3 hours per booking.


  • We do not allow food or beverages in our classrooms.


  • Advertising and any other commercial activity will not be permitted in classrooms or laboratories or any other space specifically devoted to academic purposes.


  • If your group rearranges the furniture please reset it after your event or your group will be charged caretaking costs.


  • We do not book our spaces for study groups.


  • Note: Western reserves the right to cancel any event at any time for health and safety reasons.
